Privacy policy

Effective 12 August 2026. The short version: our visuals never see your data, and this website doesn’t track you.

Power BI visuals

PBIStack visuals (Pro Table, Org Chart Pro, Cohort Matrix, Statistics Suite and Control Charts Pro) run entirely inside your Power BI session — in Power BI Desktop on your machine, or in your browser when viewing reports in the Power BI service.

• ●No data transmission. Report data processed by the visuals never leaves the Power BI session. Nothing is sent to PBIStack servers or any third party.
• ●No telemetry. The visuals contain no analytics, tracking or usage reporting of any kind.
• ●No storage. The visuals store nothing outside your report file. Settings you configure are saved by Power BI inside the report itself, like any native visual.
• ●Excel export stays local. Exported files are generated inside your session and saved by your browser or Power BI Desktop directly to your machine.

This website

• ●No cookies, no analytics. pbistack.com sets no cookies and runs no tracking scripts.
• ●Hosting logs. Our hosting provider (Microsoft Azure) keeps standard, short-lived technical logs (IP address, requested page) for operating the service. We do not use them to identify visitors.
• ●Email. If you email us, we keep the correspondence to handle your request. We don’t add you to lists, and we don’t share your address with anyone.
• ●The contact form. What you type — and any file you attach — is sent to our own mailbox and nowhere else. It is delivered through a transactional email provider acting purely as a carrier; we keep the message as correspondence and delete attachments once the question is resolved. The form runs one small script on this site; it sets no cookies and reports nothing about your visit.

AppSource purchases

Purchases and trials of our visuals are processed by Microsoft AppSource under Microsoft’s own terms and privacy policy. Microsoft provides us transaction information (such as licensing status) needed to deliver the product; we receive no payment details.
