Refund policy

Effective 24 October 2026. Try everything before you buy; a purchase is final.

Try first, for as long as you like

You do not need to buy anything to evaluate a PBIStack visual. Every feature works without a licence, on your own data, with no time limit; the only thing a licence changes is the “unlicensed” watermark. So the usual reason for a refund, finding out after paying that a product does not do what you need, cannot arise: you can find that out first, at no cost.

Purchases are final

• ●A licence key is delivered immediately and works offline for its whole term. Because it cannot be taken back once issued, a purchase is not refundable. At checkout you agree to immediate delivery of the licence.
• ●Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the link in your receipt or through the contact form. The licence runs to the end of the period already paid for; no further payment is taken.
• ●Mistakes are put right. A duplicate purchase, a key for the wrong product, or a renewal taken after a cancellation request: write to us with the order number from your receipt and we sort it out, including a refund where the purchase itself went wrong.

Statutory rights

Nothing here limits rights that the law of your country gives you and that cannot be waived. Payments, invoices and taxes are handled by our payment partner, Paddle, as the merchant of record; its terms are shown at checkout.
